ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) Plaintiff has filed the present revision petition against order dated 19.10.2015. The learned Additional Civil Judge, had closed the evidence of the plaintiff on the ground that the plaintiff has already availed numerous opportunities.

Counsel for the plaintiff has drawn my attention to the application filed by him Annexure P-1, wherein adjournment was prayed for as due to strike in the State of Punjab, plaintiff was unable to attend the Court. Although, it is true that the plaintiff has already availed numerous opportunities and there is no justification for granting further opportunity to the plaintiff, however, the dispute in the present case is with respect to the immovable property, therefore, it would be in the interest of justice that the plaintiff is granted one opportunity to appear as his own witness. Civil Revision No.7849 of 2015 -2the defendants have already concluded their evidence and the case is for arguments.

Taking into consideration the facts available on the file, plaintiff is granted one opportunity to appear as his own witness on the date to be fixed by the learned trial Court within a period of 15 days from today. Defendants would be given another opportunity because the plaintiff would be examined after the closure of the evidence of the defendants.

Since, the suit was filed on 01.05.2010, the learned trial Court is requested to decide the case finally within a period of two months from today.

The opportunity to the plaintiff would be subject to payment of costs of Rs.20,000/-.
