Instant revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugning orders dated 14.11.2017 and 23.07.2019, Annexures P-3 and P-5, respectively, whereby, application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2, CPC, has been rejected.

On 31.01.2020, this Court passed the following order:- "Case called twice, but no one is appearing on behalf of the petitioners.

Adjourned sine die.

Let the matter be listed for hearing as and when there is a written request on behalf of the petitioners to argue the same.

Pendency of the petition may not be construed as a stay of proceedings in any manner."

Case status has been checked from the website of e-Court, Hoshiarpur, and it shows that the civil suit was decided by the Trial Court on 29.10.2022.
