ARUN MONGA, J.(ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that paper book was already taken way by the client and later on the petitioner expired during pendency of the instant revision petition, which was filed in the year 2016. He further submits that his attempts to contact the LRs of the petitioner, for the purpose of their impleadment, has also become futile as his office unable to find their addresses. 2.

Be that as it may, petition is dismissed with liberty to the proposed LRs of the petitioner in case they wish to pursue the case even after death of the petitioner by filing appropriate application. 3.
