Petition herein inter alia is for setting aside impugned order dated 28.09.2016passed by learned Appellate Authority, Amritsar whereby application dated 12.01.2016 for assessment of mesne profit filed by landlord/respondent (since deceased and now represented by legal representatives), was allowed. 2.

Revision was filed way back in the year 2016. Thereafter, matter was being adjourned from time to time. Today, learned counsel for the revisionist/tenant states that his attempts to get in touch with his client have been futile and pleads lack of instructions. It seems that revisionist is not interested in pursuing the matter further. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
