(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No.3 and 4 to consider and decide representation (Annexure P-1). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No.5 is in a habit of filing false complaints against residents of the area and thereafter entering into settlement against unlawful demands. Learned counsel further submits that younger brother of the petitioner appeared as witness against respondent No.5, for which he had been nursing a grudge against the family of the petitioner and extended threat to their life and personal liberty and also threatening to get them implicated in false cases.
