[1] The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

[2] This petition is filed seeking directions to the official respondents to take action on representation dated 16th March, 2019 and 11th January, 2021.

[3] Ms. Harpreet Kaur, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana appears on advance notice. On instructions from Mr. Narender Bijarniya, IPS, Superintendent of Police, District Nuh (Mewat) submits that representation was looked into and filed, as it was found that issue is purely civil in nature. She further submits that petitioner can collect the filing report from the office of Superintendent of Police concerned on any working day.
