ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) Counsel for the petitioners very fairly, at the outset, submits that the parties are nearing settlement. He seeks permission to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action, if the parties ultimately do not reach at a consensus. In view of the prayer made by counsel for the petitioners, the present revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
