REKHA MITTAL J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed against an order whereby application of the petitioners for early hearing of the application for stay in a pending appeal has been dismissed by the Court of appeal.

Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the appeal is now pending before the Additional District Judge, Narnaul for 09.12.2016 and the Court below may be directed to decide the application for stay on the date already fixed. Heard.

Keeping in view the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioners, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Additional District Judge, Narnaul to dispose of the application for stay in the pending appeal on 09.12.2016, the date already fixed in the proceedings or within a period of 07 days thereafter.
