(ORAL) The present first petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.101 dated 13.12.2022, registered under Section 353, 186, 294 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Jodhan, District Ludhiana. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 09.06.2023, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, being instructed by ASI Balwinder Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for further investigation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. Interim order dated 09.06.2023, passed by this Court, is made absolute.
