NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) It is not disputed that all the claimants have been paid entire compensation except present respondent No.1-Harjinder Singh. In these circumstances, there is nothing to distinguish the case of respondent No.1-Harjinder Singh qua the other claimants. The revision petition is accordingly dismissed and learned State counsel appearing for the petitioner is directed to deposit the amount due to respondent No.1 within four weeks from today. In case the needful is not done, the petitioner is liable to be prosecuted under the Contempt of Court besides filing execution. July 10, 2019 ( NIRMALJIT KAUR ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
