(Oral) The present revision petition is against the impugned order dated 12.11.2016, whereby, an application filed under Order 7 Rule 11 of Code of Civil Procedure (hereinafter referred to as "CPC") at the instance of defendant No.4 seeking rejection of the plaint, has been allowed. The order allowing the application is to be treated as decree as per the provisions of Section 2 CPC which is appealable, as per provisions of Order 43 CPC. At this stage, Mr. G.S.Kaur, Advocate seeks permission of the Court for withdrawal of the present revision petition with liberty to avail the remedy as noticed above.

In view of the aforementioned, present revision petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
