Challenge in the present revision petition is to the grant of interim maintenance to the respondent-wife in an application (Annexure P-3) filed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. 2.

The present case was adjourned sine die vide order dated 10.02.2021 to enable the counsel for the petitioner to place on record copy of the application filed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 by the respondent-wife. The matter has been listed today. However, as per the e-Courts website of District and Sessions Courts, Jhajjar, the main case was placed before the Pre-Lok Adalat presided over by the Principal Judge, Family Court-cum-Presiding Officer, Jhajjar and the same was dismissed as withdrawn on 11.05.2023, on the statement of the petitioner herein that he did not want to proceed with the petition and withdrew the same as he took the respondent-wife along with him to stay together in future. 3.

In view thereof, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
