RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioners are seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to grant him interest on the arrears of pay granted to them in terms of CWP No. 1885-2011.

The pay of the petitioners has been fixed but interest has not been given to him and the petitioners are seeking interest, keeping in view judgment passed by this Court in a case of Mohinder Pal and others vs. State of Haryana and another, passed in CWP No. 1885-2011, decided on 11.05.2016 (P-2).

Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Without commenting upon merits of the case, this petition at this stage is being disposed of by giving direction to respondents to decide the representation dated 18.12.2019 (P-4) in accordance with law, in view of judgment dated 11.05.2016 (P-2). This exercise shall be completed within a period of three months.
