[1] Due to COVID-19 situation, the Court is convened through video conference.

[2] This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 7, dated 7th January, 2020 under Section 381 IPC, registered at Police Station Division 5, Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana.

[3] Vide order dated 29th January, 2020, the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail.

[4] Today, learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sukhpal Singh, submits that petitioner has joined the investigation though the amount in dispute is yet to be recovered.
