(ORAL) Prayer through instant revision petition has been made for grant of one opportunity to the petitioner-plaintiff to conclude its evidence which has been closed vide order dated 31.08.2017 by the trial Court, Ludhiana, after affording several opportunities to the petitioner-plaintiff. Heard.

In the interest of justice, impugned order dated 31.08.2017 is set aside. Trial Court is directed to grant one opportunity to the petitioner to conclude its entire evidence subject to payment of costs of ` 50,000/-, out of which 50% shall be paid to the respondents and remaining shall be deposited with the Punjab State Legal Services Authority.
