AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Writ petition is bereft of pleading with regard to eligibility criteria for promotion to post of Assistant from Clerk, though grievance expressed is that persons appointed alongwith petitioners, who were much juniors to them, have been promoted whereas petitioners have been left out. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave of Court for withdrawal of present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh one on the same cause of action by furnishing better particulars. Ordered accordingly.
