(ORAL) The present revision petition is directed against the order dated 08.11.2016 (Annexure P-1), whereby the application moved by the petitioner for impleading him as respondent has been dismissed. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court to withdraw the application for impleading Narender son of Hari Kishan as respondent as he has acquired the share to the extent of 1/3rd share as per the liberty granted by the trial Court. In view of above, no cause of action survives in the present revision petition, therefore, the same has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the present revision petition stands disposed of.
