(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, is for quashing the FIR No.58 dated 11.06.2024 registered under Sections 420, 120-B IPC at Police Station Shambu, District Patiala (Annexure P-1) and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2), qua the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh petition with better particulars, after impleading all the parties to the settlement.
