**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that grievance of the petitioner qua issuance of appointment letter and joining, has been redressed, but he has not been granted seniority. In view of above, grievance qua seniority is a fresh cause of action and the same cannot be tried in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the present writ petition is ordered to be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move representation, viz-a-viz claim of seniority, in accordance with law.
