*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Revision petition was filed in the year 2017. While issuing notice of motion vide order dated 02.11.2017, this Court had though passed an order that trial shall continue but pronouncement of final judgment was stayed.

On the last date of hearing, Mr. Satpal Bhasin, Advocate appeared and submitted that there has been a change of counsel and sought time to file 'power of attorney'.

On resumed hearing today, none appears on behalf of the petitioner and it is borne out from office report that no 'power of attorney' has been filed.

Be that as it may, dismissed in default.
