1. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner but without commenting anything as regards the veracity of the averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3Commissioner of Police, Sonipat to ensure that the matter arising out of FIR No. 0251, dated 27.7.2023, Police Station Civil Line, Sonipat, under Sections 406, 420 IPC is got investigated fairly and expeditiously so that a final report is submitted thereafter at the earliest. It be also ensured that the petitionerDevki Rani, who is the complainant aged about 65 years is not pressurized in any manner by the accused to effect the compromise against her wishes.

2. A copy of this order be sent to respondent No.3-Commissioner of Police, Sonipat for necessary compliance.
