C.R.No.7916 of 2016 This revision petition is arising out of the order passed by the learned Additional District Judge, modifying the temporary injunction from the restrained order to the order of status quo. While issuing notice, this Court had stayed operation of the order passed by the first appellate Court.
Counsel for the parties have informed the Court that the plaintiff has already concluded his evidence and on behalf of the defendants two witnesses have been examined.

Civil Revision No.7916 of 2016 (O&M) -2Taking into consideration that the present revision petition is only arising out of the order of temporary injunction, the revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Court to expedite the trial of the case and conclude the same preferably within one month from today. The interim order dated 23.11.2016 shall continue to operate till the disposal of the suit.
Any observations made by the Court while deciding the interim application would not be taken as an expression on the merits of the case.
