This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for violation of the order dated 24.04.2025 passed in CWP-5522-2025. 2.

The compliance report by way of affidavit of Sh. Savit Kumar Pannu, Executive Engineer, Provisional Division, PWD B&R, Panipat has been filed by learned State counsel, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. It has categorically been stated in the compliance report that a total amount of ₹61,44,055/- has been received by the petitioner and that the bill payment of balance 50% security i.e. ₹11,81,276/- has been prepared and submitted to the Treasury vide bill No.382 dated 02.03.2026 (Annexure R-6). Needless to say that if the petitioner is still aggrieved, he would always be at liberty to avail his remedies as available in law.
