HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is for quashing of FIR No.202 dated 08.10.2022 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 323, 506, 294, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Kharar, District SAS Nagar along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition at this stage. In view of the above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
