Perusal of the paperbook reveals that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, for the last three consecutive dates. Precisely, on the basis of the same, vide order dated 20.09.2024, the interim relief earlier granted, was ordered to be discontinued. Despite the same, none had made appearance on the last date of hearing. Even today, none has made appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

Seemingly, the petitioner is not interested to pursue the revision petition. Hence, the same is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
