MANOJ BAJAJ, J.(ORAL) The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of a direction to the official respondents No.1 to 3 for protection of their life and liberty at the hands of private respondents No.4 to 8, as they have married against the wishes of private respondents. Learned State counsel has apprised the Court that the statement of the petitioners have been recorded, wherein they have expressed no threat. He has also placed on record affidavit of Kamal Kishor (respondent No.4), father of petitioner No.1 wherein he expressed no objection to the alleged marriage between the petitioners.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition, as the alleged threat has vanished.

The prayer is accepted.
