ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel points out at the outset that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the order and judgment, dated 13.05.1999, rendered by this Court in RFA No. 59 of 1997, titled "Attar Singh and others v. State of Haryana", vide which this Court had assessed the compensation at Rs.7,22,500/- per acre. He submits that in the matter in hand, the Reference Court while relying upon the decision of this Court in Attar Singh's case (supra), has already awarded the same compensation, i.e. Rs.7,22,500/- per acre to the claimant/landowners in the present appeal. Therefore, any further enhancement in this appeal is not feasible and the same is required to be dismissed.

Ordered accordingly.
