(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner continued on the post of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (HoFF) during the pendency of the litigation. As per the direction of the Tribunal, his case was duly considered and he was allowed to continue and, thereafter, superannuated on 31.05.2021. Thus, it is submitted that the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

Counsels appearing for the respondents do not dispute the factual aspect.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
