It is apparent that the plaintiffs (vendors) are seeking cancellation of the agreement to sell dated 27.4.2004 and for forfeiting the earnest money.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners this Court finds no ground for issuing any direction as it is for the Court below to regulate its docket keeping in view the density of the pending cases. Dismissed.
