NIDHI GUPTA J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the parties have settled their all disputes amicably. The report of the Mediator dated 16.5.2023 to this effect alongwith the Settlement Agreement is on record. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that all the terms of the said Settlement Agreement have been complied with and Rs.10,00,000/- have been paid to respondent No.1-Baljinder Kaur as a lump sum amount towards past, present and future expenses qua respondent No.1 and the child, namely, Karampreet Singh Kaler. It is submitted that one residential house measuring 2 Biswas i.e. Plot No.101, Viskarma Colony, Sirhind, District Fatehgarh Sahib has also been transferred in the name of respondent No.1. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
