ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein is under Article 227 of Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 14.07.2020 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Civil Judge, Gurugram vide which application of the defendants under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC was dismissed.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and gone through the case file.

No grounds are made out to interfere.

However, revision petition is disposed of with an observation that the trial Court shall proceed with the trial without being influenced by the observations made in the impugned order dated 14.07.2020 (Annexure P-4) vide which the application under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC has been dismissed.
