RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioners, namely; Sukhwinder Singh @ Jaj and Raj Krishan, in case FIR No. 191 dated 14.11.2018, registered under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Pshychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station City-I, Abohar, District Fazilka.
According to the prosecution, petitioners were apprehended with conscious possession of 1500 intoxicant tablets. Learned counsel for the petitioners inter alia contends that FSL report has not yet been received. Therefore, it cannot be said at this stage that alleged recovery was a narcotic substance. Petitioners are in custody since 14.11.2018.

CRM-M-3780-2019 -2merits of the case, both the petitioners are granted interim bail subject to furnishing personal bonds and two sureties of Rs.2.00 lakh each, to the satisfaction of Special Court concerned only till receipt of the FSL report. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
