Instant petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 (Section 439 of Cr.P.C.), for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Sections 21(C), 25, 29, 61, 85 of Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, and Section 25-54-59 of the Arms Act, 1959, in case FIR No.0170, dated 16.07.2024, registered at Police Station Gharinda, Amritsar. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition.
