Present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 31.05.2018 passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division), Dabwali, whereby application of the petitioner for correction of typographical mistake in the final order dated 03.02.2016 passed in Civil Suit No. 794C of 2014 was illegally declined.
After arguing for sometime and realizing that order impugned is nothing but simply dismissal in default of the application, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available under law.
