(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of FIR No.286 dated 02.08.2020 registered under Sections 323, 324, 326, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Civil Line Batala District Batala and all subsequent proceedings arisen therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 22.09.2020 (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
