(Oral) In view of the fact that the appellants (respondents herein) have withdrawn the Regular Second Appeal filed by them seeking liberty to file objections before the Executing Court and there a direction has been issued to the Executing Court to dispose of the objections expeditiously, the present revision petition is also disposed of, with a direction to the Executing Court to dispose of the objections promptly and to dispose of the execution proceedings in an expeditious manner.
