The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

Learned State counsel has sent custody certificate of the petitioner through electronic medium, print out of the same is taken on record. As per the custody certificate, petitioner has been granted bail on 4th March, 2021 by the learned trial Court. None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner in spite of two pass overs.

In view of custody certificate, the petition is disposed of as infructuous.

However, petitioner would be at liberty to move an application for revival of prayer, in case grievance still survives. [AVNEESH JHINGAN] JUDGE 19th April, 2021
