(Oral) After arguing for some time, when this Court was about to dismiss the revision petition with costs of Rs.10,000/-, particularly knowing the fact that petitioner for vindication of his grievance after dismissal of the application under Order 1 Rule 10 of Code of Civil Procedure seeking impleadment has filed an independent suit, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present revision petition. Ordered accordingly.
