(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for directing the official respondents No.1 to 3 to look into the matter and especially respondent No.2 to personally supervise or to depute any police official for the investigation purposes as the representation dated 20.04.2022 (Annexure P-2) vide its Diary No.243-PG dated 20.04.2022 is lying pending in his office since long and to take action upon the same within stipulated time/time bound manner.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail his alternate remedies available under the law.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
