AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit was not maintainable as in the proceedings under Sections 13(2) and 13(4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, (for short "2002 Act"), his application under Section 34 of 2002 Act is stated to be pending adjudication since long. He further submits that there is already an ex parte ad interim injunction qua sale of the property which is subject matter of the suit mentioned above. In view of the aforementioned observations, the trial Court is directed to decide the application as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
