Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 17, dated 17.01.2017, under Sections 120-B, 409, 420 of IPC, registered at P.S. Chhapper, District Yamuna Nagar (Annexure P-2). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been filed for quashing of the FIR on merits. However, the said FIR already stands quashed vide order dated 08.07.2025 passed in CRM-M12835-2025 on the basis of compromise effected between the parties. In support of his contention, learned counsel has produced a copy of the order dated 08.07.2025 in Court, which is taken on record. Office to tag the same at the appropriate place. 3.
