(ORAL) The petitioner has preferred this petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ, in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to grant regular timings to the petitioner to operate its vehicle on valid route permit issued to the petitioner on 23.06.2022 on a route Killianwali to Rama via Doomwali, Pathrala, Chak Ruldu Singh Wala, Falad, Sekhu, Bagha.
Precisely for the claim in question, the petitioner has already served a legal notice dated 02.01.2023 upon the respondent No.3 after making number of representations on 18.07.2022 and 21.11.2022.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case its POONAM BHATT 2023.01.31 17:22 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this Judicial Record/Decree/Document, which is scanned copy of the original
CWP No.1864 of 2023 -2legal notice dated 02.01.2023 is directed to be considered by the respondent No.3 in accordance with law in a time bound manner.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Sanjeev Soni, Addl. A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Learned State counsel on instructions submits that the legal notice of the petitioner dated 02.01.2023 shall be considered by the Competent Authority/respondent No.3 in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
