Present petition has been filed under Section 438 CR.P.C seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.0157 dated 17.07.2020 under Sections 458, 323, 427, 506, 148, 149 IPC registered at Police Station Samana, District Patiala.

Vide order dated 19.02.2021, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ranjit Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 19.02.2021 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute.
