Munjal, Advocate for the petitioners. *** Feeling aggrieved by the order dated 6.12.2022 vide which Additional Civil Judge, Sr. Division Sri Muktsar Sahib had allowed application filed by Gaganjeet Singh for being impleaded as LR of deceased decree holder Dalip Kaur, the revision petitioners, who claim to be natural heirs of Dalip Kaur, have filed the instant revision petition. The main grouse of the revision petitioners is that while deciding the application the Court travelled beyond its jurisdiction and upheld the Will finding applicant Gaganjeet Singh entitled to the property of course the limited purpose for bringing on record the legal representatives of parties to proceed further with the case and question of title amongst the contestants is not to be decided. The Court of Additional Civil Judge, Sr. Division Sri Muktsar Sahib clearly travelled beyond its jurisdiction in PARVINDER SINGH 2023.02.03 09:31 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Therefore, the revision petition is disposed of observing that the order passed by Additional Civil Judge, Sr. Division Sri Muktsar Sahib is not disturbed as regards bringing on record Gaganjeet Singh as legal representative of Dalip Kaur. However, with regard to the observations made by the Court regarding legality and validity of the Will touching the question of title shall have no bearing on the claims of the parties in estate of deceased.
