(ORAL) Through this Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India prayer has been made for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus by way of appointment of Warrant Officer with a rowing writ to search the brick kiln or place as pointed out by the petitioner to set at liberty the detenues.

Contents of the instant petition show that it is a blackmailing device. Thus, same is dismissed outrightly. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to take recourse to the remedy available under Section 97 Cr.P.C., if already not availed.
