The present Civil Revision petitioner has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 09.10.2015 passed by learned Civil Judge (JD), Rewari (Annexure P-4) vide which application filed by the petitioner for adducing additional evidence has been dismissed by the court below. Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
