Mr. Ashok Giri, Advocate has stated that he has tried to contact the appellants through post and has handed over a registered envelop issued against appellant No.1 showing that the same has been received back unserved with the report that the addressee is not living at the given address. This envelop be tagged at appropriate place by the Registry. It appears that the presence of the appellants cannot be secured and since Mr. Ashok Giri, Advocate has also pleaded no instructions, therefore, this Court is left with no option but to dismiss the appeal filed by the appellants for want of prosecution. Ordered accordingly.
Pending application(s) is also disposed of.
A copy of this order be sent to the trial Court as well as CJM, Nawanshahr so that further appropriate action can be initiated against the appellants.
