RITU BAHRI J.(Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from its client submits that he is ready to pay the arrears of entire maintenance i.e Rs.25,000/-.
In view of the above, subject to deposit of Rs.25,000/- by the petitioner before the trial Court towards arrears of maintenance, order dated 17.09.2015, vide which the defence of the petitioners has been struck off, is set aside and the petitioner shall proceed to lead his evidence in due course, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- as costs be given to the respondent. The petition stands allowed.
