This is fifth petition filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail, pending trial, in FIR No. 15 dated 10.02.2019, registered under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Dayalpura Bathinda, District Bathinda. 2.

The learned counsel representing the parties are ad idem that the entire prosecution evidence has been recorded. 3.
