The apprehension expressed is that the application for setting aside the ex parte decree will become infructuous if the sale deed is executed. Any execution of the sale deed pursuant to the ex parte decree will come to naught if the ex parte decree is set aside. This point of law is clarified for the sake of petitioner. 2.

The revision petition is disposed of with the above observation.
